Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To start the process, contact us at info@woolfoutdoor.com before sending anything back — items returned without prior notification cannot be accepted.

Your item must be returned unwashed and in the same condition it left us — tags intact and securely packaged. Items showing signs of misuse or damage will not be accepted.

• Contact us first at info@woolfoutdoor.com and we'll send you full instructions.
• Pack your item into the original shipping carton or one of similar dimensions.
• Cover the old tracking barcode and secure your new shipping label to the outside.
• We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Small Parcel. Keep your receipt and tracking number.
• Include the despatch note from your original order so we can match it to your account.

Contact us at info@woolfoutdoor.com to begin your return. We'll send you a link to our International Returns Portal.

We're unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original item using the process above. This means your replacement ships without delay.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@woolfoutdoor.com so we can put it right.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 48 hours for your bank or card provider to post it.

Items received as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser, or we can issue a credit note to the gift recipient. Any exchange will appear on the original purchaser's order history.

Gift cards cannot be returned. For sale items, contact us at info@woolfoutdoor.com and we'll work something out.

We want you to be completely certain about PureFleece, which is why we give you 30 days to wear test it.

Take it out on a cold morning, a long walk, a slow Sunday. Layer it, live in it - that's usually when people notice the difference most.

If at the end of that you don't think it's the best fleece you've ever worn, send it back for a full refund. We just ask that it comes back in the condition it left us.

We're confident it'll earn its place.
