It's easy to send something back to us - you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item doesn't fit or you'd like a refund.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@woolf.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, secured in its original packaging if possible. Please include the despatch note sent with your item, as we'll also need to confirm you as the original purchaser on our orders system.
